  a scene to remember

  gu qiubei

  shanghai international studies university

  advisor: gong longsheng

good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. today i would like to begin with a story.

there was once a physical 1) therapist who traveled all the way from america to africa to do a 2) census about mountain 3) gorillas. these gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this put them severely under threat of 4) poaching and being put into the zoo. she went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures. she witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the african rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas 5) cuddled their babies.

yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called gorillas in the mist, based on a true story of mrs. dian fossey, who spent most of bet lifetime in rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.

to me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a 6) timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our ecoenvironment.

today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. on the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. it has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in gdp growth. it has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. but on the other hand, many problems can occur---natural scenes aren't natural anymore. deforestation to heat lodges is devastating nepal. oil spills from tourist boats are polluting antarctica. tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to u2 on walkman and wear nike and reeboks.

all these 7) appalling(令人震驚的) facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been 8) eroding(侵蝕) our resources. encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the united nations has made 20xx the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.

now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations an: receiving donations--big notes, small notes or even coins--from housewives, 9) plumbers(水管工人), ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and 10) invalids(殘疾人), some of them can not afford to send the money but they do. these are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood. why? because they care. because they still want their mother nature back. because they know it still belongs to them.

this kind of feeling that i have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it, it's all coming from a scene to remember, a scene to recall and to cherish.

the other night, as l saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. i found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to some- thing else, someplace else. a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seem to have been except the deer.

and all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's lime for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.

once again, i have come to think of mrs. dian fossey be- cause it's with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our next step into the world.

and no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our mind, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.

  thank you very much.

  Good afternoon ,ladies and gentlemen!

I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with ,I want to ask a question everybody dream a good dream last night? Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night, but a dream—— about life.

Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage, and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction, with a direction, we were no longer the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.

But I know, life is tough, and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims, and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead.

Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way.

I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.

"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."

In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Let's---move---out!

  Thank you for your listening!

what we can't afford to lose

dear teathers and classmates, good evening! my name is xx,today i am very excited to stand here to talk with you about our impact on what we can't afford to lose.

there are many things in the world that we cannot afford to lose, such as our health, our families and friends, wealth, lovers, and so on. but i think the most important one of which is the pure and fresh surroundings.

people say that our future is a battle between the reality and our dreams. and if, unfortunately, mr. reality wins this war, then i see no future of mankind at all. aids will never be curable as this is the reality; people living in the undeveloped countries will suffer from starvation forever as this is the reality; disputes among different countries would never be settled as this misunderstandings and intolerance is the reality.

ladies and gentlemen, how many of you have a dream of being able to make a lot of money? please raise your hands. oh, quite a number of you! actually, ladies and gentlemen, this is not a dream, but a task. every one of us has to make a living, right? anyway i hope your task will be accomplished. how many of

you think that you have already fulfilled your dream and that you don't dream anymore? dear 5)adjudicators, what do you think? c.s. lewis once said,"you are never too old to dream a new dream." so for our future, please dream and be unrealistic.

now that i am a university student, my goal is to graduate with excellences. but at the same time, i have a dream deeply rooted in our future. one day, people living in the areas now

。6)sweltering with the horror of wars will be able to sit with their families and enjoy their every moment. one day, people from the rich countries are willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries and those from the poor countries will eventually be able to make their own happy living themselves. one day, different cultures in this age of globalization will

coexist with tolerance and the unfriendly confrontations among them will be 7)eliminated. one day, the globe will share the dream with me and we will all contribute to making our dream come true. one day, our dream will defeat the reality! thank you very much.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Good morning! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for me. When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job. Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future. How to say future? Maybe it’s a nice wish. Lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life. That's all, thank you!

大學生英語演講稿6

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen: My topic today is “The Internet Will Become More Popular.” The Internet, which was unfamiliar to human beings is totally accepted by most of people. Especially these days, it has been developing faster and faster, people do not have much time to do everything by themselves. So XXX full use of the Internet is a good way to color one’s life. For instance, students could learn more and more from all over the world so that they can broaden their horizon and enrich their knowledge. Absolutely, the bridge that connects the whole world is the Internet. Secondly, scientists and mathematicians, too, can share research results in order to promote the wheel of human society much more quickly. I suppose the key factor of importance of Internet is to find a good job . In the society which is full of competition, more information means more opportunities. A job hunter can get on the Internet to browse for a favorable job. Well, from what has been mentioned above, I believe with the high speed and efficiency, the Internet will become more and more popular among people in the near future.

  The value of friends

I am losing friends left and right, well, actually, only left. Some friendships, however, have been strengthened during this election.

When I was 6, I learned a song: "Make new friends, but keep the old, one is silver and the other's gold." Even as a child, I was a born raconteur, so I always had lots of friends. But, by the time I got to fourth grade, I was already getting into political brawls. Early on, I began living my politically active mother's joke, "My name, it opens some doors and closes others."

I learned to tone it down a bit by the time I got to college. As a theater major, it was fun in an acting class one day, when we each had to pretend to be another student. I chose to mimic a beautiful petite girl with long dark hair. She was my polar opposite, this former cheerleader-turned-hippie-princess named Michelle. She got a kick out of my impression of her. I thought it was cool that she could laugh at herself. We began a friendship that has brought us to the present day.

Yet we were always opposites. I am Roman Catholic, she is Jewish. I am tall, she is short. One rainy afternoon on campus, Michelle insisted on carrying the umbrella for both of us, (I don't think I stood up straight until the next day!)

Back then, she was as passionate a Democrat as I was a Republican. However, my friend and I still had something in common that was more important than all the differences. We shared the same values and they showed up in a dozen little ways. That is why we are friends almost 30 years later. Furthermore, she had been moving in my direction politically before, but Sept. 11, 20xx, brought us to a new level of communication. We have bonded even more during this election.

Sadly, I also have re-evaluated some other friendships as tensions increased due to the Kerry-Edwards demagoguery. This is the first time in memory that I've even been appalled by both spouses of the Democratic ticket. I rather liked Tipper Gore and Hadassa Lieberman. I thought they were sweet. And that's the way I used to feel about my liberal pals. But, now a Teresa Heinz-Kerry-like irrationality/Elizabeth Edwards snotty innuendo has infected some of them -- and it makes them unpleasant to be around.

This election may leave those friendships in its wake. The outlook is definitely not good for their Christmas card inclusion.

Sept. 11, Iraq, the demonization of Israel by Kerry's European fans, the beheadings -- all of the latter just doesn't seem to change the '90s mentality of those I know who are voting for the Democratic Party ticket. Like Kerry, they still seem to consider the United States' life-and-death struggle a nuisance. These liberal friends of mine are certainly not bad people, but deep down, they still don't get that we are at war with a greater evil than any of us has ever known. Combined with the extremism culturally on the left, these people are becoming more than a nuisance themselves.

The sobering fact is that these friendships are just too taxing (in both senses of that word). Those relationships have become like old prom dresses in that they just don't fit anymore. There comes a point where some associations can become a fire hazard in one's closet. It may be time to do spring cleaning, even if the season is autumn.

Sure, friends can't agree on everything, nor are they supposed to but though I may think someone's a nice person, fun, etc., increasingly deep differences in our world view can't be ignored in these frightening times.

Three decades later, Michelle is no longer the shorter-than-me actress who insisted on carrying the umbrella as we walked to class, though she is still shorter than me. But she and I easily walk together under an umbrella of shared concerns. A few weeks ago we sat side by side at a most moving event celebrating Jewish and Christian support of Israel and each other.

Yet, we still live very different lives. My college friend has been married for 25 years to the love of her life, the mother of three and an executive in an entertainment corporation. And meanwhile her single free-lancing writer/actress friend, even after all these years still does impressions of her only in print now.

Happily, others have also come along to become comrades in arms this election. They represent a diversity in lifestyle that would warm any liberal's heart (although said liberal wouldn't warm our hearts). There's Genie the stockbroker, Cathy the casting director, Robin the mom of one of my former acting students, Sally the daughter of one of my mother's old friends and many others. Their e-mail messages and calls let me know that though other friendships may wither during this election, I'm hardly alone. They all have a point of view that enables us to skip to shorthand. ("Did you read Drudge?" "Yep!") All of these women make up my own personal non-elitist version of "The View, The Conservative Cut."

Yes, now those old children's lyrics resonate with a new meaning in "Make new friends, but keep the old, one is silver and the other is gold." Regretfully, without shared values even after this tumultuous election of 20xx, some friendships may have turned to a tin that rings hollow in these perilous times.

By the way, I recently chatted with one of those former Brownies who sang with me so long ago, She is a "security mom." She is voting for George W. Bush and she will definitely be included on my Christmas card list.

  Good morning,ladies and gentlemen

today I am so happy to stand here to give you a speech.or rather, a real story of mine.

Though with time going by,I can still remember what you once told me.you should be a brave girl.smiling, you looked into my eyes.year in,year out, nearly most of my memories are fading little by little.but only this simple sentence remained, without being forgotten in my life.

I suddenly think of a song named my heart will go on.there is a beautiful sentence going like this.you are safe in my heart.more than once,I was moved to tears by it.I know ,I am also safe in your heart.I have already forgotten when I told you I was going to leave for australia this summer holiday.you just smiled as usual, gently speaking.whatever you decide to do,I will be in favor of it,but, just onething, remember, when you fell lonely abroad,do not forget we are here ,praying for you.we are all around you,far across the distance and space between us.I closed my eyes, the flashback started.the memories we had together, once we played games on the palyground,we played jokes on each other, you always wrote a lot of sentences on my articles to encourage me.and the most unforgetable thing, you told me,you believed I could be a big girl.sooner or later. at that specific moment,I suddenly understood the meaning of thissentence totally.so on that day,I smiled as you used to,looking at you.the last words I said were, keep walking in sunshine.

Yes,keep walking in sunshine.I said to you ,also to myself.I know I am not alone wiht your company, and we can keep walking in sunshine till the last minute of our days.

  I promise,I will be a big girl. I promise,I will be a brave girl.

I promise,I will keep walking in sunshine.

  That is my speech,thank you!

If you're middle-aged and your memory's not what it used to be, check the bathroom scale, researchers warned, suggesting overweight people tend to score more poorly on tests of memory than their thinner peers do.

The findings suggest that a heavier weight in middle age may mean a higher risk of dementia later in life.

Reporting in the journal Neurology, the researchers speculated that higher rates of cardiovascular disease or diabetes might help explain the link. But it's also possible that substances produced by fat cells, such as the hormone leptin, have direct effects on the brain.

The study compared mental abilities to body mass index (BMI), a

measurement of weight in relation to height used to define overweight and obesity. A BMI of 25 or more indicates overweight, and 30 or more is obese.

The study also investigated the relationships between BMI and cognitive function in 2,223 healthy men and women between the ages of 32 and 62 in France through the use of four cognitive tests.

The study found a higher BMI was associated with lower cognitive test scores. Results from a test involving word memory recall show people with a BMI of 20 remembered an average of nine out of 16 words, while people with a BMI of 30 remembered an average of seven out of 16 words.

good morning, dear teacher and my friends.

Most people would like to be popular with others, but not everyone can achieve this goal. What is the secret to popularity? In fact,it is very simple. The first step is to improve our appearance. We should always make sure that we stay in good shape and dress well. When we are healthy and well-groomed,we will not only look better but also feel better. In addition,we should smile and appear friendly. After all,our facial expression is an important part of our appearance. If we can do this, people will be attracted to our good looks and impressed by our confidence.

Another important step is developing more consideration for others. We should always put others first and place their interests before our own. It's also important to be good listeners;in this way people will feel comfortable enough to confide in us.However,no matter what we do,we must not gossip.Above all,we must remember to be ourselves, not phonies.Only by being sincere and respectful of others can we earn their respect. If we can do all of the above,I am sure popularity will come our way.

  Thank you!

  Knowing the Consequences of Choice

Over the past Spring Festival, I got involved in a family dispute. Right before I got home, four satellite channels of CCTV were added to the 14 channels we had already had. In prime time at night, they all had interesting shows. Therefore, the five of us-my parents, my sisters and I-had to argue over what to watch. Finally, we agreed that we should watch the "most interesting" programme... If we

  could agree what that was.

However, all of us there remember that for a long time after we had TV, there were only one or two channels available. The increase in options reveals an important change in our life: the abundance of choice.

Fifteen years ago we all dressed in one style and in one colour. Today, we select from a wide variety of designs and shades.

Fifteen years ago, we read few newspapers. Today, we read English newspapers like the China Daily and the 21st Century, as well as various Chinese newspapers.

Fifteen years ago, English majors took only courses in language and literature. Today, we also study Western culture, journalism, business communications, international relations, and computer science.

The emergence of choices marks the beginning of a new era in China's history; an era of diversity, of material and cultural richness, and an era of the rebirth of the Chinese nation. We enjoy the abundance of choice. But this has not come easily.

About 150 years ago, China was forced to open up its door by Western canons and gunboats. It has been through the struggle and sacrifice of generations that we finally have gained the opportunity to choose for ourselves. The policy of reform and openness is the choice that has made all the difference.

Like others of my age, I'm too young to have experienced the time when the Chinese people had no right to choose. However, as the next century draws near, it is time to ask: What does choice really mean to us young people?

Is choice a game that relies on chance or luck? Is choice an empty promise that never materializes? Or is choice a puzzle so difficult that we have to avoid it?

First, I would like to say: To choose means to claim opportunities.

I am a third-year English major. An important choice for me, of course, is what to do upon graduation. I can go to graduate school, at home or abroad. I can go to work as a teacher, a translator, a journalist, an editor and a diplomat. Actually, the system of mutual selection has allowed me to approach almost every career opportunity in China.

Indeed, this is not going to be an easy choice. I would love to work in such big cities as Beijing or Shanghai or Shenzhen. I would also love to return to my hometown, which is intimate, though slightly lagging in development. I would love to stay in the coastal area where life is exciting and fast-paced. I would also love to put down roots in central and western China, which is underdeveloped, but holds great potential.

All of these sound good. But they are only possibilities. To those of us who are bewildered at the abundance of opportunities, I would like to say: To choose means to accept challenge. To us young people, challenge often emerges in the form of competition. In the next century, competition will not only come from other college graduates, but also from people of all ages and of all origins.

With increasing international exchanges, we have to face growing competition from the whole outside world. This is calling for a higher level of our personal development.

Fifteen years ago, the knowledge of a foreign language or of computer operation was considered merely an advantage. But today, with wider educational opportunities, this same knowledge has become essential to everyone.

Given this situation, even our smallest choices will require great wisdom and personal determination.

As we gain more initiative in choice making, the consequence of each choice also becomes more important.

As we gain more initiative in choice making, the consequence of each choice also becomes more important.

Nuclear power, for instance, may improve our quality of life. But it can also be used to damage the lives and possessions of millions.

Economic development has enriched our lives but brought with it serious harm to our air, water and health.

To those of us who are blind to the consequences of their choices, I would like to say, To choose means to take responsibility. When we are making choices for ourselves, we cannot casually say: "It's just my own business. " As policy makers of the next century, we cannot fail to see our responsibility to those who share the earth with us.

The traditional Chinese culture teaches us to study hard and work hard so as to honor our family. To me, however, this family is not just the five of us who quarreled over television programmes. Rather, it is the whole of the human family. As I am making my choices, I will not forget the smile of my teacher when I correctly spelled out the word "China" for the first time, I will not forget the happy faces of the boys and girls we helped to send back to school in the mountains of Jiangxi Province. I will not forget the tearful eyes of women and children in Bosnia, Chechnya and Somali, where millions are suffering from war, famine or poverty.

All these people, known and unknown, make up our big human family. At different points, they came into my life and broaden my perspective. Now as I am to make choices for myself, it is time to make efforts to improve their lives, because a world will benefit us all only if every one in it can lead a peaceful and prosperous life.

Before giving a speech,I want to ask everyone some questions.

How many of you can remember the birthday of your parents?

2.How many people can remember the birthday of the idols you love? Today, many students can remember their own birthdays, their friends’ birthdays, even their idols’ birthdays. However, both of them forget their parents’ birthdays.Everyone's life is a continuation of the parents of one blood, all of the parents gave us love, let us enjoy the human world of affection and happiness, therefore, we would like to thank the parents.Parents’ love is the most unconditional and thus the greatest love in the world. Our parents have done much for us since we were born,They give us lots of love and care, but we do not care for them enough. Last week our music teacher taught us a song, named Indebted Heart. Through it I know that we should live with a thankful heart. At that time, I think of my parents. I think they are the first people I should thank. It’s them who give me life. It’s them who give me home. It’s them who bring me up. It’s them who look after me. It’s them who teach me knowledge and live happily. I should thank my parents giving me so much. Maybe I should think how to pay back the love my parents give me. But now I think the best way to be appreciated of my parents is to study well and then being a useful person to the society when I grow up. Gratitude is the feeling of being grateful, the art of receiving gracefully, and the act of showing appreciation for every act of kindness, big or small, that others do for us.Gratitude can take many forms. It can be expressed by a large, dramatic gesture or it can be shown in a small way, like finding a very original and personal way to say thanks for a friend’s gift. Whatever we do to show our gratitude, we should do it in a sincere manner, for it is the feelings in our hearts that matters the most. The story reminds us how important it is to express our gratitude to the ones who have offered us help. We can never be too grateful. The smiles and the thanks we give help us to build a better world, one that we can all live in and enjoy. I am grateful, God gave me my kind parents, so I can grow in their love.

good morning, ladies and gentlemen, today i am so happy to stand here to give you a speech.or rather, a real story of mine.

though with time going by,i can still remember what you once told me.you should be a brave girl.smiling, you looked into my eyes.year in,year out, nearly most of my memories are fading little by little.but only this simple sentence remained, without being forgotten in my life.

again and again,i can not stop myself from thinking about it.so ordinary, but so impressive,so moving, just like the brightest sunshine,it helps me go through the darkest night.i am such a sensitive girl in your heart.you said,my sorroful facial expression made feel so

distersssed.however, there is one thing i never tell you, that is ,i am becoming a big girl gradually with your words and smiles.i never tell you about it,for i believe oneday, you can see the great changes of mine for yourself.that is what i want to do in return.as i know, that will be the best gift for you.

i suddenly think of a song named my heart will go on.there is a beautiful sentence going like this.you are safe in my heart.more than once,i was moved to tears by it.i know ,i am also safe in your heart.i have already forgotten when i told you i was going to leave for australia this summer holiday.you just smiled as usual, gently speaking.whatever you decide to do,i will be in favor of it,but, just onething, remember, when you fell lonely abroad,do not forget we are here ,praying for you.we are all around you,far across the distance and space between us.i closed my eyes, the flashback started.the memories we had together, once we played games on the palyground,we played jokes on each other, you always wrote a lot of sentences on my articles to encourage me.and the most unforgetable thing, you told me,you believed m i could be a big girl.sooner or later. at that specific moment,i suddenly understood the meaning of this sentence totally.so on that day,i smiled as you used to,looking at you.the last words i said were, keep walking in sunshine.

yes, keep walking in sunshine.i said to you ,also to myself.i know i am not alone wiht your company, and we can keep walking in sunshine till the last minute of our days. i promise,i will be a big girl. i promise,i will be a brave girl.

i promise,i will keep walking in sunshine.

  that is my speech,thank you!

Good morning(afternoon), dear teachers and fellow students.

It’s my greathonor to stand here and share with you a happy morning(afternoon). My topic is “keep your goal in mind” .i hope you will enjoy it.

Do you have a goal for your work? do you have a goal for your study? Do youhave a goal for your life? maybe i will get an affirmative reply. Yeah, everyonehas a goal of doing something. There is no doubt that a goal is very importantin our life. Now i want to tell you a true story in my school life. I havelearned a lot from it.

i never forget last year’s school sports meeting. 1500-meter race was oneof the most exciting. before the race, my best friend xiaoshan had a goal to beno. As a matter a fact, she is not so strong, but she is a sunny girl. she isactive and likes doing sports. What’s more, she tries her best to achieve thegoal, but i wonder if she is able to be the champion. There were eight playersin the race. on the first lap, she was in the sixth place; on the second lap,the took the fourth place, she went on running and she ran toward her goal, thegoal in her mind, look! On the last lap, she was the first to pass the finishingline, she was the winner. Oh, great! She made it! Congratulations! At that time, i knew a goal was so necessary and important. I made adecision : “I want to take part in the english speaking competition held in myschool. What’s more, i will try my best to be no. In the competition as my bestfriend xiaoshan did in sports meet. ” I am sure of it. I still remembered whatmy english teacher said to us.

he said :“If anyone took the first place in ourschool english speaking competition, he or she will be chose to take thecompetition held in jinjiang. It’s a great honor!”Though i can do well in my english written exams, however, to be honest, i am a little afraid to speak english in public. My english teacher oftenencourages me: “raoning, your voice sounds so beautiful, be brave, you willsucceed.” From then on, i kept a goal in mind. I said to myself aloud: stick toyour goal and you will win. And then i try my best to improve my oral englishand dare to speak either in class or after class. at last, i took part in thecompetition and became no. 1. I am chose to take part in the next year’s englishspeaking competition held in jinjiang. I said to myself aloud again: come on!you will win.

How time flies! today i am a lucky dog. I am very honored to give you aspeech. I hope everyone has a dream! In fact, we should work hard to make ourdream come true. Otherwise it will become day dream. At the same time, i hopeeveryone has a goal in mind, because the goal is the first step to success. comeon, my friends, goal, goal, goal, success, success, success!
