racecation 比賽休假

Racecation refers to a trip that combines participating in a race, such as a marathon or triathlon, and a vacation.  “比賽休假”指的是途中要參加比賽的旅行，比如在假期行程中參加馬拉松或三項全能比賽。   Who said running is all work and no play? Yes, training for a marathon or half marathon involves long runs, early mornings, weekend sacrifices and challenging workouts. But it can also be a great reason to explore a new city and plan a fabulous1 vacation. Or, as I like to call it: a racecation.  誰說跑步就是“只工作不玩�！保渴堑�，參加馬拉松或者半程馬拉松需要長跑，很早起床，犧牲周末時間，和挑戰(zhàn)性的鍛煉。但是探索一座新城市，計劃一個美妙假期也是個好理由。正如我喜歡稱之為：比賽休假。
