職責(zé)描述：
1. Key role in manufacturing operations, Interface with Demand planning and factory; Such as: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all of the activities throughout the manufacturing process.
在生產(chǎn)制造、與需求計(jì)劃和工廠的.銜接中起關(guān)鍵作用； 包括：計(jì)劃、安排和協(xié)調(diào)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程中的所有活動(dòng)。
2. Excellent co-work with global DP best comprehension on global supply chain process and business situation;
與全球需求中心建立良好溝通合作，跟進(jìn)全球供應(yīng)鏈流程和業(yè)務(wù)狀況；
3. Lead in DIFOT improvement, propose improvement actions to cross-functions and monitor the progress;
主導(dǎo)公司按時(shí)交付的改進(jìn)，提出改進(jìn)措施，以及跨職能和管控進(jìn)展；
4. Optimize the plan and schedule to avoid overstock or shortage. Fully check the planning/schedule every week and accordingly.
優(yōu)化計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度，避免庫存過�；蛉必�。每周檢查計(jì)劃/進(jìn)度并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)更新。5. Work closely with staff in production, quality control, customer service to assure that production schedules can be met and that the finished products are meeting customer requirement.
在生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量控制、客戶服務(wù)方面與員工密切合作，確保生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃得到滿足，成品符合客戶要求。
6. Manage yearly PP improvement activities related to Lean supply chain and QAD developing;
通過改進(jìn)精益供應(yīng)鏈和QAD生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)，管理年度的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃活動(dòng)。
7. Review the capacity and raise hand with proposal to supervisor & manager when the capacity cannot meet shipment demands.
當(dāng)產(chǎn)能不能滿足運(yùn)輸需求時(shí)，重新審核產(chǎn)能并向上級(jí)提出合理化建議。
8. All the duties as assigned by management
由管理層指派的所有職責(zé)
職位要求：
1. College above in logistic or engineering related studies
物流或工程相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷
2. 5 years or above experience in manufacturing planning position
5年以上制造計(jì)劃工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Fluent oral-English/Mandarin is necessary，
流利的英語口語和普通話
4. Basic knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft office softwares
個(gè)人電腦和微軟辦公軟件的基本知識(shí)
5. Knowledge of QAD manufacturing software or related software
熟悉QAD生產(chǎn)制造軟件或相關(guān)軟件
