再次登陸，收取出口商還盤(pán)郵件，郵件內(nèi)容如下：
Dear Mr. Simon:
We confirm having received your telex of June 28, asking us to make a 10%reduction in our price for WOMEN'S PYJAMAS. Much to our regret, we find it intolerable to comply with your request because ours is the best possible price if you take the quality into consideration.
We hope we can conclude contract before long and await your prompt reply.

最后，經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)的考慮與財(cái)務(wù)上的計(jì)算，以及對(duì)市場(chǎng)的調(diào)查與研究，我公司（進(jìn)口商）決定接受出口商的還盤(pán)，然后起草接受電函，信件內(nèi)容如下：
Dear Mr. Xin Li
We have received your E-Mail of June 28, 2010.
After the consideration, we have pleasure in confirming the following offer and accepting it:
1. Commodity: WOMEN'S PYJAMAS
2. Packing: EXPORTER CARTON
3. Specification: COLOR: BABY BLUE, FABRIC CONTENT: 100% COTTON
4. Price: USD14/PC CIF Venice
5. Payment: L/C
6. Shipment: in August,2010
7. Brand: At your option
8. Quanitity：1000 dozen
Please send us a contract and thank you for your cooperation.

填寫(xiě)完畢后，點(diǎn)"發(fā)送"。
三、簽訂合同
1.等待出口商起草并發(fā)送合同后進(jìn)入郵件系統(tǒng)收取出口商要求確認(rèn)合同的 郵件， 填制進(jìn)口預(yù)算表并確認(rèn)合同。
2.退出郵件系統(tǒng)，點(diǎn)"業(yè)務(wù)中心"里標(biāo)志為"出口商"的建筑物，在彈出畫(huà)面的左邊首先點(diǎn)"切換"，將需要確認(rèn)的合同設(shè)置為主合同；再點(diǎn)"修改合同"，打開(kāi)合同頁(yè)面查看相關(guān)條款；然后點(diǎn)"添加單據(jù)"，選中"進(jìn)口預(yù)算表"前的單選鈕，點(diǎn)"確定"，然后在"查看單據(jù)列表"中點(diǎn)進(jìn)口預(yù)算表對(duì)應(yīng)的單據(jù)編號(hào)，彈出表單，填寫(xiě)如3..填寫(xiě)完成后點(diǎn)"保存"；回到業(yè)務(wù)畫(huà)面中，點(diǎn)"修改合同"，在彈出合同的左下方簽字，分別在兩行空白欄中填入“Simon Trading Company, LLC”與“Simon”；回到業(yè)務(wù)畫(huà)面，點(diǎn)"確認(rèn)合同"，輸入合同編號(hào)201006281，輸入本地銀行編號(hào)，點(diǎn)擊確定，成功確認(rèn)合同。
四. 履行合同
1.領(lǐng)核銷(xiāo)單�；氐�"業(yè)務(wù)中心"，點(diǎn)"進(jìn)口地銀行"，再點(diǎn)"申領(lǐng)核銷(xiāo)單"，即領(lǐng)取"貿(mào)易進(jìn)口付匯核銷(xiāo)單"，再點(diǎn)"出口商"建筑，進(jìn)入"單據(jù)列表"中進(jìn)行填寫(xiě)：貿(mào)易進(jìn)口付匯核銷(xiāo)單
2. 申請(qǐng)開(kāi)立信用證。點(diǎn)標(biāo)志為"進(jìn)口地銀行"的建筑物，選擇"信用證"業(yè)務(wù)，再點(diǎn)"添加信用證申請(qǐng)書(shū)"，添加完成后，點(diǎn)擊該申請(qǐng)書(shū)編號(hào)進(jìn)行填寫(xiě)不可撤銷(xiāo)信用證開(kāi)證
3.發(fā)送開(kāi)證申請(qǐng)書(shū)。填寫(xiě)完成后，仍在信用證管理畫(huà)面中，選中對(duì)應(yīng)信用證申請(qǐng)書(shū)前的單選鈕，點(diǎn)"發(fā)送申請(qǐng)書(shū)"；
