How much is the Average Nurse Salary? Well, being a student nurse, there is no doubt in my mind, that I will begin a career as a nurse in the near future. As the date of graduation is fast approaching, now is definitely the time to think about my future job. I feel everyone should think about their career goals seriously.

After all, this is the main reason why our parents spend a huge chunk of their money on our education studies. Everyone should have a short term as well as long term goals regarding their career path. As for me, ever since I was a kid, it has always been in my mind to become a nurse. I had decided that, once I had graduated, I will work as a medical-surgical nurse to improve my clinical skills seeing that the average nurse salary for that job is quite High.

The nursing profession has always attracted me for many reasons. Firstly, by being a nurse, I am the one who will assist doctors to save people’s lives and show care for others. No doubt, a nurse needs to look after all patients and to see those patients’ needs are taken care of quickly. If there are any emergency cases in the hospitals, a nurse has to react quickly to take control of the situation. Well, this certainly attracts me a lot. Unlike other professions, nurses rely on their judgments and experience to handle each and every situation. Indeed, nurses shoulder a lot of responsibilities. However, it is quite sad that many do not give credit to nurses. Patients always thanked the doctors but not the nurses. For me, the duties of a nurse are indeed very noble.
