一、自我介紹(Introduce myself 3′)
Hello everybody, Well,nice talking with you here. Im your English teacher, next year we will learn together, with the progress. I have worked for 1 years since I graduated from the university . Being a teacher is tired but excited . Having taught for this year, I think I am experienced in teaching field .
I have a strong sense of duty and humor.Actually , I always think that English is so wonderful a language that we should not only regard it as a subject,but also look on it with great interest.Hope you can enjoy your way in English.I will be happy to be your company.
二、學(xué)習(xí)方法介紹( 20′)
學(xué)習(xí)英語無捷徑。要想學(xué)好英語只有大量實(shí)踐,多聽多讀多說多寫。不要被商業(yè)廣告所誤導(dǎo)。
對(duì)于高中英語學(xué)習(xí)者我特別推薦英語簡易讀物,讀的材料要淺易,故事性要強(qiáng),讀的速度盡可能快一些,讀的越多越好。這是學(xué)好英語屢試不爽的一個(gè)好辦法。說英語一不要怕犯錯(cuò)誤,二不要怕別人笑話。要爭取一切機(jī)會(huì)講英語,和外國人講,和同學(xué)講,和同事講,實(shí)在沒辦法的時(shí)候和自己講。例如,可以把自己想說的話錄下來,然后再放出來自己聽。 要多用詞典,多用英語詞典。如果讀詞典讀的津津有味,就說明學(xué)英語已經(jīng)上路了。英語具有較好的基礎(chǔ)以后,通讀(注意不是略讀或跳讀)一本淺易的英語語法書會(huì)使你有一種豁然開朗的感覺。從根本上變"要我學(xué)"為"我要學(xué)",就能學(xué)會(huì)英語,會(huì)學(xué)英語。
三 、學(xué)好英語的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題
Ⅰ.如何才能做到堅(jiān)持不懈?
人之初,性本懶!堅(jiān)持是世界上最難的一件事情!要想堅(jiān)持必須做到以下幾點(diǎn):
1、先徹底模仿一篇文章,要模仿得和錄音完全一樣!
2、英語書要隨身攜帶,有空就讀!
3、每天必須堅(jiān)持脫口而出幾個(gè)句子或一小段文章!這樣就可以保持一種"成就感"!
4、要用"熱愛"來代替毅力!一口流利的英語是多么美妙的事情,瘋狂熱愛英語吧!
Ⅱ.單詞到底怎么背?
掌握單詞最好的方法就是:第一、把單詞讀準(zhǔn);第二、大量地朗讀和背誦文章。發(fā)音好的人,背單詞特別快! 俗話說:只有成章入口,才能出口成章!
我要介紹的第一招是:借熟記新。何謂借熟記新?即使在一個(gè)新單詞中找你記得的熟詞,從而記住新詞。如:card,scarf,carnation中有你最熟悉的單詞car,只需要在car前后增加字母就成了卡片,圍巾,康乃馨。再如:newspaper中就有兩個(gè)熟詞 news ,paper。再有:mistake中有 make;midnight中有 night;mineral 中有mine; market中有 mark...等等。假如你有"角色意識(shí)"的話,仔細(xì)研究你要記的單詞,那么你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)適合借熟記新原則的單詞會(huì)是很多的..
我再介紹一招:改頭換面.所謂改頭換面就是將你認(rèn)識(shí)的熟詞改換其中的一個(gè)或幾個(gè)字母而成為你要記的生詞.如:將take → sake; take → bake → fake → wake → cake ...;back → rack; bank →blank →tank → rank →thank → thankful....;ask →task → bask ;bar → bare →barely;now → how → bow → cow → grow → blow → throw→ flow ...;經(jīng)過改頭換面,你也許會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)英語單詞的構(gòu)成不再是雜亂無章了,而是熟詞的另一種組合罷了!
三、學(xué)習(xí)要求(5′)
1. 制定學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃,學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。嚴(yán)格按計(jì)劃執(zhí)行,只有堅(jiān)持不懈才能獲得成功。
2. 課前預(yù)習(xí),上課認(rèn)真聽講,課后及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)。以導(dǎo)學(xué)教程為輔助,老師講到那,必須做到那。我們英語課的基本順序是先講詞匯,接著warming up ,reading ,language study ,using language , summing up .課后作業(yè)要及時(shí)完成。
3. 每天下午晚自習(xí)前聽英語,由課代表負(fù)責(zé)
4. 人人一本高考必備或英漢詞典。
四、學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃(15′)

播放一段小視頻,內(nèi)容為歌曲 If you arehappy的英文版本,通過介紹演唱樂隊(duì)twins引出本單元話題。隨后,展示幾張國內(nèi)外流行樂隊(duì)的圖片,轉(zhuǎn)入對(duì)本課閱讀內(nèi)容的`探討。
Step II While reading
Task I. Fast reading 快速大聲閱讀文章,完成練習(xí)1和2.
1. Read the passage and try to find out:
。1) How many bands are mentioned in the passage? What are their names?
。2) Which band is “The Band That Wasn’t”?
2.Read the passage quickly and match main ideas with paragraphs.
Para.1 How the Monkees formed the band?
Para.2 Dreaming of being famous.
Para.3 How the Monkees became popular and developed as a real band?
Para.4 The common way that bands form.
Step III Post-reading
Task I. Promotion and discussion.小組討論,分組展示。
This is a press conference and your favorite band The Monkees is here. Whatdo you want to say to them or what else do you want to know about them? Work ingroups and do a role play. Four of you play as members of The Monkees and theothers work as journalists. And you can refer to the following questions.
1. How did your band start?
2. What are the differences between… and… ?
3.Why did you change to sing your own songs?
4.What’s your future plan?
5. What do you want to say to ....?
Step IV Homework
1. write a news report about the Monkees based on the interview.
2.Learn the song Im a believer by the Monkees.
