【過(guò)程】
一、熱身/復(fù)習(xí)
師生問(wèn)好Good morning.
播放課件《Let’s chant can》, 教師用體態(tài)語(yǔ)示意全班學(xué)生跟唱。教師問(wèn) Can you sing? / Can you say? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的情況進(jìn)行回答,Yes, I can./No, I can’t. 教師根據(jù)學(xué)生情況決定是否重放。
二、呈現(xiàn)新知
1. 老師放課文對(duì)話的錄像片,學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽(tīng)對(duì)話。播完后,教師問(wèn)What can you see? 讓學(xué)生說(shuō)出這個(gè)對(duì)話的主要內(nèi)容有哪些,并在學(xué)生說(shuō)的基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)習(xí)What a funny man!
2.學(xué)生再聽(tīng)錄音或看影片,教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)一說(shuō)這個(gè)小丑是什么樣子的。What is the funny man like? 學(xué)生進(jìn)一步體會(huì)一些句子,如:His face is round. His ears are so big. His nose is blue. His mouth is read and big. He has some flowers in his right hand. etc.
3. 再播放錄音或課件,請(qǐng)學(xué)生跟讀錄音。
4. 教師請(qǐng)學(xué)生提出學(xué)習(xí)中出現(xiàn)的難點(diǎn)或疑點(diǎn),并提供幫助。
5. 再次跟讀錄音或課件后,小組分角色進(jìn)行朗讀或?qū)υ捑毩?xí)。
6. 學(xué)生以課文中主人公的身份,演練對(duì)話。
三、趣味操練
1.進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言操練
教師先問(wèn)一位同學(xué):”Can you say something about your friend?” 讓他回答”Yes, I can/ No, I can’t.”(此處復(fù)習(xí)關(guān)于can的用法)。當(dāng)某位同學(xué)回答” Yes”時(shí),讓他/她到前面,用英語(yǔ)描述出一位好朋友的外貌。然后讓其他同學(xué)進(jìn)行復(fù)述,最好能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)讓同學(xué)們找出這個(gè)人。
讓全班同學(xué)對(duì)這位同學(xué)進(jìn)行采訪,教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生用Can you…? Can you speak English?( Yes, I can. No, I can’t.) Can you spell your name? What can you do?
2. 聽(tīng)力練習(xí)
聽(tīng)力錄音:《Listening 30-2》

3. 教師提供一些單詞,如第二部分中的詞匯:student, funny, under, blue, put等,讓學(xué)生感受字母u在這些單詞中的發(fā)音是不同的。教師再給出四個(gè)音標(biāo),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生歸類。
操練語(yǔ)音,先跟讀、合領(lǐng)讀、再分組讀、每個(gè)人分別讀。
4. 學(xué)生打開(kāi)書(shū),跟老師讀課文第三部分。
讀后,向?qū)W生出示一張男學(xué)生的照片,問(wèn)學(xué)生,Is he a student? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答,Yes, he is. 讓學(xué)體會(huì)一般疑問(wèn)句用升調(diào),回答用降調(diào)。再舉例讓學(xué)生練習(xí):
Can you speak Chinese? Yes, I can/No, I can’t.
Are you a student? Yes, I am.
四、擴(kuò)展活動(dòng)
1. 練一練[配套課堂練習(xí)]
2. 復(fù)習(xí)購(gòu)物用語(yǔ)
1)老師先帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)復(fù)習(xí)1-99, one hundred, thousand 等讀法。
2)發(fā)給每位同學(xué)若干錢幣, 錢數(shù)不必相同。
3)先由老師扮演購(gòu)物者shopper,拿出一樣物品,如書(shū)本,全體同學(xué)一起問(wèn):
How much is it? 此時(shí)shopper 便回答: It is _______ yuan.
4)聽(tīng)到錢數(shù)后, 學(xué)生們須趕快拿出手中的錢湊在一起,使錢數(shù)符合該項(xiàng)物品價(jià)格, 如:A book is fifteen yuan. 持有不同錢數(shù)的同學(xué)即須聚在一起,三五個(gè)不等,然后一起說(shuō): We have fifteen yuan.
5)shopper再拿另一物品, 再問(wèn) How much is it? 其余同前面的步驟。
◎?yàn)樵黾哟碳じ校谟螒蚯袄蠋熆上日f(shuō)明,三次未能湊成一組者需唱一首歌(包含數(shù)字的歌更好)。
◎ shopper 可換人扮演,并以不同角色如扮演小女孩或媽媽,還可根據(jù)所提供的交際用語(yǔ),模擬購(gòu)物實(shí)景進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,增加趣味性。
五、作業(yè) :朗讀并抄寫(xiě)本課課堂練習(xí)中的單詞和句子
