考研英語 用閱讀練考研寫作
暑假班開始了，上課一貫強調的一點就是要向最好的老師學習英文，而不是被一些亂七八糟歪瓜裂棗的模板或者表達弄得混沌不堪。就寫作這個范疇，相對應的閱讀文章順理成章地成為了最好的老師。不過聽到這個話的人眾多，但是真正有觸動，并且把觸動變?yōu)樾袆拥纳跎佟Ｋ詮埨蠋熀湍銈円黄�，手把手地以考研閱讀為例，做一個系列的簡要分析和分享。
【認知】
今天我們看到的是2011年考研閱讀英語(一)的第一篇閱讀理解。這里摘取的是第一段。
The decision of the New York Philharmonic to hire Alan Gilbert as its next music director has been the talk of the classical-music world ever since the sudden announcement of his appointment in 2009. For the most part, the response has been favorable, to say the least. “Hooray! At last!” wrote Anthony Tommasini, a sober-sided classical-music critic.
這里我們很快劃分一下第一句的成分，就能輕松地總結出第一句的句型結構，然后進行仿寫了。
The decision (of the New York Philharmonic) (to hire Alan Gilbert as its next music director) has been the talk of the classical-music world ever since the sudden announcement of his appointment in 2009. For the most part, the response has been favorable, to say the least. “Hooray! At last!” wrote Anthony Tommasini, a sober-sided classical-music critic.
【解析】
我們很容易看到，同樣是講到成為熱點話題，用到了talk，類似于我們原來接觸過的焦點“attention”或者"focus"等的表達。當然，xx has been the talk也基本類似于xx has become the heated topic或者xx has been under heated discussion或者xx has become the public attention或者xx has become the focus of differnet social groups。
值得學習的是，我們原來寫完這一句就結束了，后面的時間ever since加上名詞，表達相應的時間或者狀態(tài)，可以很好地延展句型，同時也可以將套話和具體事件結合起來。還有一點需要注意，就是decision后面的兩個修飾，一個是關于要做某事，一個是關于decision的發(fā)出者，這些都是使得句子變得相對復雜的包裝。
【應用】
如果要寫姚明退役這個話題，句子可以先從最簡單的開始練習。
The decision has been the talk of the basketball world.
The decision of Yao Ming has been the talk of the basketball world.
The decision of Yao Ming to quit NBA has been the talk of the basketball world.
