金屬礦采空區(qū)三維探測(cè)及可視化建模與應(yīng)用
摘要: 準(zhǔn)確掌握采空區(qū)形態(tài)、大小及其邊界是控制因采空區(qū)引發(fā)的災(zāi)害及優(yōu)化采礦設(shè)計(jì)等的重要基礎(chǔ)性工作.運(yùn)用空區(qū)三維激光探測(cè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)采空區(qū)進(jìn)行精密探測(cè),獲取探測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)處理后,運(yùn)用三維建模軟件Surpac精確構(gòu)建復(fù)雜空區(qū)三維可視化模型,直觀地表達(dá)空區(qū)的空間形態(tài);以空區(qū)三維模型為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行空區(qū)的體積、頂板面積和采場(chǎng)周邊的超、欠挖量、存留礦量、采場(chǎng)塌陷區(qū)回采指標(biāo)的計(jì)算及動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè),并準(zhǔn)確獲得了采空區(qū)的實(shí)際邊界等相關(guān)信息,從而為礦山進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展礦柱爆破設(shè)計(jì)、空區(qū)充填、貧損測(cè)定與控制,以及進(jìn)行采場(chǎng)垮塌區(qū)處理等提供可靠的基礎(chǔ)性依據(jù).
