2017年上海美高雙語(yǔ)校園開(kāi)放日公布
隨著美高雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校的招生日程開(kāi)展，我們收到了上海乃至全國(guó)各地，以及其他國(guó)籍的小朋友和家長(zhǎng)們的青睞。持續(xù)到現(xiàn)在仍有不斷的咨詢需求，但生源名額有限，本著擇優(yōu)錄取的態(tài)度，我們也盡量滿足廣大家庭渴望了解美高學(xué)校的心愿。2017年（1月7日）特別開(kāi)放校園參觀日，學(xué)校校董事方正先生將詳細(xì)講解辦學(xué)理念，歡迎對(duì)美式教育和國(guó)際教育無(wú)限憧憬的你前來(lái)參觀、了解，期待與你見(jiàn)面！
Living Word Shanghai is growing larger and larger with students and parents from all over the country becoming interested in the school. We are doing everything in power to make sure that all interested parties can find out what they wish about the school. On January 7th, 2017, Living Word Shanghai will host a special Open House day where the school’s President, Mr. Edward Jan Fang, will speak about the school’s guiding principles and educational vision.
1、我們培養(yǎng)未來(lái)?yè)碛惺澜缬^的各行各業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者
美高雙語(yǔ)的目標(biāo)是把每一位學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成具有正確世界觀的各行各業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，因此美高雙語(yǔ)更重視每一位學(xué)生個(gè)體的培養(yǎng)，而不是一味的強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生被動(dòng)式的學(xué)習(xí)，因?yàn)槊栏唠p語(yǔ)一直認(rèn)為，一位不具備正確的世界觀、無(wú)法主動(dòng)管理自己的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間、無(wú)法接受失敗的人是不具備成為行業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的必要條件，美高雙語(yǔ)秉承著這樣的教育理念，在學(xué)校塑造這樣一個(gè)環(huán)境氛圍，使得每一位畢業(yè)生離開(kāi)美高后，都能被世界一流的大學(xué)錄取，為成為各行各業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者邁出堅(jiān)定的一大步。
Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School’s primary goal is to allow each and every one of our students to become a leader in their own right. 2、美高2016年高中畢業(yè)生成果
美高學(xué)校的第一批畢業(yè)生們已經(jīng)拿著他們的傲人戰(zhàn)績(jī)，前往了世界各地的名校（100%入取美國(guó)前100名大學(xué)，60%入取美國(guó)頂尖前50名大學(xué)。學(xué)生將就讀于美國(guó)伯克利音樂(lè)學(xué)院）
As a result, Living Word Shanghai’s first batch of graduates were all accepted into top-100 ranked Universities, with over 60% being accepted into top-50 ranked Universities.
3、1-12年級(jí)一貫制教育體系
高雙語(yǔ)是閔行區(qū)教育局批準(zhǔn)的9年一貫制學(xué)校。其中9~12年級(jí)是走純美國(guó)教育的體系。美高雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校是一所九年一貫制民辦學(xué)校，為學(xué)生提供連貫可持續(xù)的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和升學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)。1至12年級(jí)的課程教育無(wú)縫銜接，讓有志于留學(xué)的學(xué)生能夠不出國(guó)門(mén)即可享受國(guó)際化教育，通過(guò)個(gè)性化定制升學(xué)軌道圓夢(mèng)世界頂尖名校。
Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School has received approval from the Education Bureau of Minhang District to provide education to students from 1st to 9th grade; Our 9th to 12th grade program is a pure American-style education. Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School provides a sustainable learning environment and educational opportunities for its students. Seamless education from 1st to 12th grade, allowing students interested in studying abroad the same experience from home.
4、美高小學(xué)課程
美高雙語(yǔ)的小初部課程，以上海市二期課改教材為綱要，緊密結(jié)合美國(guó)補(bǔ)充教材和教學(xué)方法，使學(xué)生喜歡學(xué)習(xí)愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)、能融入團(tuán)體、建立基本的邏輯思維能力。
Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School Primary and Middle School curriculum is very closely integrated with Shanghai's Second-Phase Curriculum Reform Program. Drawing on the knowledge points of foreign textbooks, students are able to develop strong critical thinking abilities.
5、美高初中課程體系
美高雙語(yǔ)的小初部課程，緊密結(jié)合二期課改的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，結(jié)合國(guó)外教育理念，使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)能力習(xí)慣、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、正確判斷周遭事物的能力。
Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School Primary and Middle School curriculum is very closely integrated with Shanghai's Second-Phase Curriculum Reform Program. Drawing on the knowledge points of foreign textbooks, students are able to develop strong critical thinking abilities.
6、美高高中課程體系
美高高中課程提供原版的美國(guó)課程，選用走班制教學(xué)、在學(xué)校開(kāi)設(shè)了106門(mén)選修課程和16門(mén)AP課程。立志將美高畢業(yè)的學(xué)生養(yǎng)成正確人生觀、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力、參與新事物研究的能力。（AP是AdvancedPlacement的縮寫(xiě)，中文一般翻譯為美國(guó)大學(xué)先修課程、美國(guó)大學(xué)預(yù)修課程。）
Living Word Shanghai's high school curriculum is just the same as one you would find in America, with 106 courses and 16 AP level courses. We teach all our students to graduate with excellent interpersonal skills, teamworking ability, and critical thinking skills. (AP, meaning Advanced Placement, are courses at a level in-line with university course content and material.)
7、榮獲美國(guó)國(guó)家中學(xué)生榮譽(yù)生會(huì)
美高雙語(yǔ)2016年有六位學(xué)生榮獲美國(guó)百年歷史的美國(guó)國(guó)家中學(xué)生榮譽(yù)，也是亞洲唯一一所榮獲國(guó)際學(xué)校。
8、一支優(yōu)秀的管理及師資團(tuán)隊(duì)
曾擔(dān)任過(guò)宋慶齡國(guó)際學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)的——江東霞女士擔(dān)任我�？傂ｉL(zhǎng)。
曾任古北第二中學(xué)校長(zhǎng)上海市教學(xué)督查委員會(huì)——孟永根擔(dān)任我校初中部校長(zhǎng)。
美國(guó)威斯康星州箴言學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)——DAVE先生擔(dān)任美高美方校長(zhǎng)。
Ms.Jiang Dongxia previously served as Principal of the Soong Qing Ling InternationalSchool. Ms. Jiang currently serves as our Primary School Principal.
Mr.Meng Yonggen previously worked as a Principal of No. 2 Gubei Middle School aswell as a member of the Shanghai Education Inspection Committee.
