數(shù)字創(chuàng)意 重塑文化 (英語：Digital Creativity: Culture Reimagined)
世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日的由來：
這個(gè)節(jié)日，是由我國和阿爾及利亞在1999年共同提案提案，世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)組織在2000 年召開的第三十五屆成員大會(huì)上通過決議，決定從2001年起，將每年的4月26日定為“世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日”。
4月26日是《建立世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)組織公約》(《世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)組織公約》)生效的日期。設(shè)立世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日旨在全世界范圍內(nèi)樹立尊重知識(shí)，崇尚科學(xué)和保護(hù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的意識(shí)，營造鼓勵(lì)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新和保護(hù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的法律環(huán)境。
世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日的目的：
通過國家之間的合作，必要時(shí)通過與其他國際組織的協(xié)作，促進(jìn)全世界對知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù);
確保各知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聯(lián)盟之間的行政合作。該組織管理著一系列知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)條約，其中包括《保護(hù)文學(xué)和藝術(shù)作品伯爾尼公約》《保護(hù)錄音制品制作者防止未經(jīng)許可復(fù)制其錄音制品公約》等條約。
