外貿(mào)信函中如何催付款？

　　催款，有一點全世界都通用，那就是得客氣。外貿(mào)催款函電也屬于外貿(mào)商務(wù)書信范疇，因此，也應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守外貿(mào)商務(wù)信函的一般規(guī)則，那就是間明扼要。不能拖泥帶水，一是節(jié)省雙方時間，二是以求把主題表達(dá)明確。如果太過啰嗦，則有可能出現(xiàn)說多錯多。
