戀愛險受大學生追捧

　　Nothing says "I love you" like taking out an insurance policy that claims to guarantee a payout upon your wedding day.

　　沒有什么東西比持續(xù)到婚禮那一天的戀愛保險更能夠表達“我愛你”的了。

　　As China's mega shopping event Singles' Day approaches on Friday, online vendors looking to cash in on the anxiety that often comes with young love by offering "love insurance."

　　本周五就是中國的大型購物節(jié)“雙十一”了，網上的商家們正在焦慮的年輕小情侶身上挖掘商機，向他們提供“戀愛保險”。

　　However the policies, priced up to 299 yuan ($44) and marketed online mainly to college students, less resemble insurance and are more like placing a bet that the relationship will lead to marriage.

　　這種保險售價高達299元(約合44美元)，在網上的銷售目標主要是大學生。這種商品不那么像保險，而更像是打賭--賭情侶的戀愛關系可以陪伴他們走上婚姻殿堂。

　　Or as one salesman explained, a couple stands to receive up to 1,999 yuan in cash (or 10,000 roses for some policies) if they get married between 3 and 13 years from the date of purchase, sanqin.com reported.

　　據三秦網報道，一名銷售這種“戀愛險”人解釋說，從購買保險之日起，如果他們在3年到13年的時間內結婚的話，就能夠得到多達1999元的現金(某些保險提供的是1萬朵玫瑰花)。

　　A student surnamed Ning in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province said he bought a 299-yuan policy that promises a half-carat heart-shaped diamond upon their marriage.

　　據陜西西安一名新寧的學生表示說，他購買了一份價值299元的“戀愛險”，承諾在他結婚那天送他一顆半克拉的心形鉆石。

　　The sensible college senior explained he sees the policy not as a guarantee, but as a way to make his current relationship more official.

　　這位敏感的大四學生解釋說，他并不把這份保險當做一個保證，而是一種讓他目前的戀愛關系更加正式的方式。

　　"We started our relationship on the Singles' Day last year, so now it's been almost one year. I hope the love insurance would ensure our relationship longer," said Ning.

　　寧同學說道：“我們從去年雙十一的時候開始談戀愛，所以到現在已經差不多快滿一年了。我希望這份戀愛險能讓我們之間的關系持續(xù)更長時間�！�

　　Insurance industry experts said that the policies are most likely for novelty purposes.

　　據保險行業(yè)專家表示稱，大多數人都是出于新奇的目的才買這種保險的。
