有一些用人單位會(huì)自己制作個(gè)人簡歷,讓應(yīng)征者在單位內(nèi)現(xiàn)場填寫,然后決定面試。很多求職者在填寫個(gè)人簡歷的時(shí)候,都會(huì)遇到待遇要求這一項(xiàng)。如果寫的過高又有可能與工作無緣,過低會(huì)還會(huì)降低自身的能力和價(jià)值,那么應(yīng)該怎么樣才能避免這種尷尬的情況發(fā)生呢?
去應(yīng)征之前先了解一下用人單位的情況
應(yīng)征之前解讀招聘信息是編寫個(gè)人簡歷的需要之一,解讀招聘信息之后再對用人單位的情況做一個(gè)大致的了解,包括用人單位的發(fā)展情況,可以從網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,或者論壇上查看一下用人單位未來的發(fā)展,還需要咨詢一下比較熟悉這個(gè)用人單位的人或者這個(gè)單位里面的人,平時(shí)的工作量,有沒有加班,還有待遇問題,然后根據(jù)用人單位的情況和目前單位內(nèi)的待遇來寫個(gè)人簡歷上的期待的待遇要求。
另外還可以根據(jù)準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)征的職位,了解一下這個(gè)職位需要做哪些工作,工作量的多少和時(shí)間,以及其他單位相同的職位的待遇如何,做個(gè)全方面的市場調(diào)查,對發(fā)展差不多職位差不多的單位就可以填寫相應(yīng)的待遇要求,比較貼合實(shí)際,也不至于降低自身的價(jià)值,還能體現(xiàn)出自身的能力,和對整個(gè)行業(yè)的了解。
不過正常情況寫如果不是用人單位特別要求就盡量不要在個(gè)人簡歷上填寫期待待遇這一項(xiàng)。因?yàn)橹挥性趹?yīng)征之前做了充分的準(zhǔn)備才能填出讓用人單位比較認(rèn)可的答案,增加面試的幾率。
