編寫(xiě)個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷首先要求遵循的原則是簡(jiǎn)潔、明了、真實(shí)、精煉，此外個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷還需要具有非常高的可讀性。你所寫(xiě)的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷并不是給自己看的，而是給用人單位的招聘官看，如果對(duì)方在篩選個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候卻不能讀懂簡(jiǎn)歷，會(huì)直接被淘汰掉。要知道在招聘期間招聘官每天會(huì)瀏覽大量的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷，一份看不懂的建立，絕不會(huì)花更多時(shí)間來(lái)搞懂。那么，求職者在編寫(xiě)個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候一定要注意其可讀性、邏輯性。
二，讓對(duì)方?jīng)]興趣的簡(jiǎn)歷
個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的作用之一就是讓招聘官對(duì)自己的感興趣，一份簡(jiǎn)歷若不能讓對(duì)方產(chǎn)生興趣，被錄取的可能性就非常小。然而在現(xiàn)實(shí)中很多求職者所編寫(xiě)的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷，卻總是存在華而不實(shí)的問(wèn)題，單單是看兩行就讓人失去興趣。
三，讓對(duì)方?jīng)]有印象的簡(jiǎn)歷
不管是投遞簡(jiǎn)歷還是在面試上，求職者要做的是給對(duì)方留下深刻的印象，要明確的知道一份優(yōu)秀的簡(jiǎn)歷必然能給對(duì)方留下印象。而不能留下印象的簡(jiǎn)歷，即便僥幸通過(guò)第一輪少選，也很能堅(jiān)持到最后。
