關(guān)于外企最常問的10大問題的求職指南

　　外企面試通常包括三輪: 第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官；第二輪面試一般由用人部門的主管或經(jīng)理主持；如果有必要的話，應(yīng)聘者還要參加由公司高層管理者擔(dān)任主考官的第三輪面試。
