　　The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

As for me, I will stay at home all the summer holiday, because my parents are too busy to take me out.

　　1、目標

　　列計劃的目的無非是通過白紙黑字，使得自己對自己的學習情況能夠進行監(jiān)督和檢查。高一，高二學年，應把重點放在課本上、課堂內。因為高考雖強調淡化課本的考查，其實處處有課本的影子。“課內知識課外考”的測試方式，就要求我們把課內知識學扎實，否則無法完滿地解答課外考題。當然，重點放在課本上，并不是將視野局限于課本，仍應有大量課外閱讀，在課外閱讀中鞏固，貫通課本知識，培養(yǎng)能力。高三學年，既是中學時代的最后一年，也是復習迎考的關鍵一年。高三學年的計劃是完善知識系統(tǒng)樹，“牽一發(fā)而動全身”，做到由一個知識點可以拎起一串，提起一面。系統(tǒng)地掌握知識后，技巧也就“水到渠成

　　2、知己

　　作戰(zhàn)講究“知己知彼，百戰(zhàn)不殆”。學習也是一樣。所以要制定出符合自己實際情況的學習計劃，必須要“知己”。“知己”包括三層含義：明確學習奮斗的目標，了解自己的學習情況，明確地估計自己的能力。做到“知己”后，我們就可以制定計劃了。

　　3、要求

　　列計劃本身并沒有太多的要求，你只要抓住兩個字——“詳、實”就足夠了。

　　首先，要讓自己知道，每天你具體干些什么，知道每周、每月的安排等。我們應該去計劃自己的學習和生活，做到自己對自己心中有譜。一份計劃上只出現(xiàn)時間和科目是不夠的，最起碼還要有具體的章節(jié)的安排，包括做哪些習題，看哪些筆記都應當有，這樣才能真正地發(fā)揮計劃的優(yōu)勢。所謂“實”，就是一定要符合自己的實際情況，適當?shù)馗咭恍┮部梢裕^不可過高或過低。太低了，計劃的內容松松垮垮，反而不如沒有計劃;但大多數(shù)人可能更容易把計劃列得偏高，開始還能拼一拼堅持一下，但很快地就敗下陣來。如果總是列這種過高過緊的計劃，常常完不成，那么時間一久也就會對列計劃失去信心了。一份好的計劃絕不在于它的起點有多高，而在于它是不是能幫你更好地完成學習任務，讓你的能力得到最好的發(fā)揮。

　　4、注意

　�、俦仨殢娬{的是，制訂計劃必須按自己的特點自己制訂，不能仿制別人的計劃，別人告訴你的方法最多只能充當一個指路標的作用，是很難完全套用的。只有自己去試著做，摸索出自己的完整方法，才是最有用的。
