一者,求職目標(biāo)不可空乏
求職意向一般是具體的某一類型,最好能具體到什么崗位,編寫個(gè)人簡歷中的求職意向,切記不可使空乏類名詞,諸如計(jì)算機(jī)類、管理類、外語類這種名詞。要具體到確切的目標(biāo),如軟件開發(fā)、人力資源管理、法語翻譯等職業(yè)。
二者,求職意向不可模糊化
我們編寫個(gè)人簡歷非常講究精簡、干練,在簡短的簡歷中要贏得招聘官的好感,必須要直入主題,讓簡歷更便于閱讀。編寫個(gè)人簡歷不能模棱兩可,任何概念都不能模糊化,更何況是作為核心部分的求職意向更不能模糊化。像是“有關(guān)金融方面的工作”、“教育類型的工作”、“財(cái)務(wù)類型工作”等等,這種模糊性詞匯不可以作為對求職意向的描寫。
三者,求職意向不可使用描述性詞匯
個(gè)人簡歷中的求職意向還忌諱使用一些描述性的詞語,比如說求職意向是“具有發(fā)展性的職位”、“科研類職位”等等。
