2、能進(jìn)行較高級(jí)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分

3、公司錄入人員的管理和業(yè)績(jī)考核；以及對(duì)編碼人員的行業(yè)知識(shí)和問(wèn)卷結(jié)構(gòu)的培訓(xùn)；

4、錄入數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)立，數(shù)據(jù)的校驗(yàn)，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的邏輯查錯(cuò)，對(duì)部分問(wèn)卷的核對(duì)；

任職要求

知識(shí)/經(jīng)驗(yàn)：具有數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及相關(guān)知識(shí)；能熟練使用SPSS、QUANVERT、SAS等統(tǒng)計(jì)軟機(jī)。

CRM數(shù)據(jù)分析員

職位描述：

工作職責(zé)：

1. 負(fù)責(zé)大型市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，維護(hù)及市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析和報(bào)告編制，商業(yè)分析。包含新的系統(tǒng)的部署和原有系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施

2. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)部門的要求進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)、編制工作報(bào)告。

3. 根據(jù)公司的整體的市場(chǎng)的目標(biāo)，配合其他相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門制定并實(shí)施相應(yīng)的市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)方案

4. 作為DBA，派駐著名跨國(guó)IT公司，協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)營(yíng)銷經(jīng)理工作。

要求：

1.計(jì)算機(jī)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)。

2.有關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的理論基礎(chǔ)，精通SQL Server等大型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，精通Access.Excel等應(yīng)用軟件。

3.熟練使用VBA,有過(guò)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

4.具有兩年以上的數(shù)據(jù)執(zhí)行或客戶關(guān)系管理數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理、維護(hù)、數(shù)據(jù)分析等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

5.良好的英語(yǔ)溝通（聽、寫、讀）能力。

6.良好的心理承受能力和獨(dú)立工作能力。

7.有微軟MCDBA、MCSE證書優(yōu)先。

職位描述：

工作內(nèi)容：

The primary focus of the role is to ensure that data is efficiently handled. This includes bulk data extractions, updates and loads from/to the various data repositories.

Expert user of ‘backend’ data handling tools and services like DET, SDS and other tools

Deep knowledge of the capabilities of the various data handling tools and services

Expert usage support to users,

Deep knowledge across various systems.

Perform bulk data movement/updates for the database team

Attend to any bulk data handling requests

Work with data handling supplier to execute on user requests

Ensure that routine data management tasks are executed consistently

Ensure that data handling suppliers are executing routine data management tasks as specified

Work closely with DB manager to understand & identify gaps in data management execution

Work with data handling suppliers to close these gaps

Research/investigate data sources

Understand the characteristic of the various available internal and external data sources

Advice data consumers of the correct utilization of right data, based on the business context driving the data requirements

Expert user for database tools

Deep knowledge of available data analysis and reporting tools

Escalate requirements and enhancement requests to System Manager

Perform data analysis

Fulfill routine request for database analysis

Work with System & DB manager to come out business ready data analysis support capabilities.

Data readiness requirements

Based on routine analysis requests and the various exploratory projects, work with DB & System manager and business owners to define data readiness criteria to ensure that feeder data is available and that there is integrity in the resulting analysis

Develop and publish readiness scorecards to track readiness postures

Work with DB Manager and business users to develop acquisition plans for identified data attributes

Investigate reported data anomalies

Assist DB Manager investigate any anomalies discovered in the data from the CRM systems
