關(guān)于肺炎疫情的英語(yǔ)日記
Recently I saw two pictures on the Internet about an 84 year old man. One is that he walked into the hospital with a straight waist and a large group of people took photos around him. The other one is that he kept his eyes closed on the high-speed rail. Just after holding a 7-hour meeting, he received a notice from his superiors that a new type of coronary infectious virus broke out in Wuhan, which required him to rush to the front line immediately.
He is academician Zhong Nanshan, a stunt expert who had experience in SARS management 17 years ago. This novel coronavirus is very much like SARS, so people put all their hopes on him. On the one hand, he declared to the people of the whole country, "don't go to Wuhan as far as possible if there is no important thing." on the other hand, he rushed to Wuhan without hesitation.
When he arrived at the hospital, he immediately worked all night to study the disease. Until now, he still works selflessly.
I respect him, and I respect the medical workers who, like him, are retrograde to the front line of the virus in this battle without gunpowder. They are the greatest heroes of this era. We are not living in a peaceful era, but in a peaceful country.
