　　When times become difficult , remember a moment in your life that was filled with joy and happiness.

　　Remember how it made you feel, and you will have the strength you need to get through any trial.

　　When life throws you one more obstacle than you think you can handle, remember something you achieved through perseverance and by struggling to the end.

　　In doing so, you ll find you have the ability to overcome each obstacle brought your way.

　　When you find yourself drained and depleted of energy, remember to find a place of sanctuary and rest.

　　Take the neccessary time in your own life to dream your dreams and renew your energy, so you ll be ready to face each new day.

　　When you feel tension building, find something fun to do. You ll find that the stress you feel will dissipate and your thoughts will become clearer.

　　When you re faced with so many negative and draining situations, realize how minuscule problems will seem when you view your life as a whole--and remember the positive things.

　　“家園只有一個(gè)，地球不能克隆”這句話說(shuō)的十分正確。是的，我們的家園只有一個(gè)，保護(hù)和愛(ài)護(hù)家園是我們大家的責(zé)任�？捎腥耍瑓s故意去破壞環(huán)境，傷害我們的家園，傷害我們的.地球母親。

　　在大年初一那一天，我們?nèi)ナ忻駨V場(chǎng)玩，當(dāng)時(shí)我以為自己走錯(cuò)了地方：往日那里綠草如茵，時(shí)不時(shí)還能看見(jiàn)花蝴蝶在五彩繽紛的花叢中穿梭著，翩翩起舞著；人們則會(huì)坐在石凳上聊天享受著舒適的日光�。恢車�的一切是那么的整潔舒暢。

如詩(shī)如畫(huà)的景象頓時(shí)灰飛煙盡。那天的市民廣場(chǎng)人山人海，地面鋪上一層厚厚的五顏六色地毯——全是垃圾，而這些垃圾給清潔工們?cè)黾臃敝氐墓ぷ髁�。在那里，我還看見(jiàn)了很多只久違的蒼蠅、蚊子也過(guò)來(lái)湊熱鬧，現(xiàn)在可是大冬天。草地上也布滿了垃圾，一陣風(fēng)吹來(lái)，垃圾就到處飛揚(yáng)，臭氣裝滿了整個(gè)廣場(chǎng)，簡(jiǎn)直就是垃圾場(chǎng)。

　　現(xiàn)在，臘梅花已經(jīng)露出了燦爛的笑臉，與此同時(shí)，地上的小草也正在拼命探出嫩綠的腦袋。而人們?yōu)榱诵蕾p臘梅花，卻忽視了地上的小草，亂扔垃圾的同時(shí)還腳腳踐踏著它們，有些人還摘幾朵臘梅花拿在手里玩耍或拍照，真是讓人忍無(wú)可忍。

　　“家園只有一個(gè)，地球不能克隆”讓我們珍惜身邊的生存環(huán)境，好好保護(hù)我們的家園，保護(hù)我們的地球母親吧！

　　我好累啊，天啊！這英語(yǔ)為啥這么難學(xué)啊，做個(gè)英語(yǔ)作業(yè)簡(jiǎn)直要我老命。我太難了，不就是想好好學(xué)個(gè)英語(yǔ)嘛，咋就這么困難呢？還是我跟英語(yǔ)水土不服啊，學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)？這英語(yǔ)作業(yè)最難的就是口語(yǔ)作業(yè)了，有時(shí)候自我感覺(jué)不是很好的時(shí)候讀的分?jǐn)?shù)反而更高，感覺(jué)讀的還行的時(shí)候又一直是不及格的分?jǐn)?shù)。簡(jiǎn)直崩潰，我都搞不清楚，這到底是我讀的問(wèn)題，還是手機(jī)系統(tǒng)出錯(cuò)了。真的是難以理解，讀到懷疑人生��！

　　英語(yǔ)作業(yè)還有一大把沒(méi)寫(xiě)完，但是這個(gè)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)作業(yè)都還沒(méi)完成，重點(diǎn)是完成的一點(diǎn)都不順利，這直接嚴(yán)重影響到了我繼續(xù)讀下去和寫(xiě)作業(yè)的心情。我有那么一瞬間是想要放棄繼續(xù)讀的，但是我不能放棄，求英語(yǔ)善待我一下。我真的好難，對(duì)英語(yǔ)我真的是既喜歡又崩潰，喜歡是因?yàn)槲矣X(jué)得學(xué)會(huì)英語(yǔ)很酷，崩潰是因?yàn)槲业挠⒄Z(yǔ)口語(yǔ)作業(yè)太難完成了，老是讀不好。一直讀不好我真的是太崩潰了。其實(shí)吧，我覺(jué)得應(yīng)該是系統(tǒng)不好的`緣故，之前都不會(huì)這樣一直讀一直讀都是不及格的分?jǐn)?shù)。即使這樣，我還是得頑強(qiáng)的把這些作業(yè)給完成，也許這次完成的不會(huì)像之前那么好，但是我盡力完成好點(diǎn)。

　　英語(yǔ)啊英語(yǔ)，求放過(guò)啊！廢話不多說(shuō)了，我要繼續(xù)和我的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)作斗爭(zhēng)了。

　　Dear Mr. Seaton，

　　Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If I'd gone alone, I couldn't have seen nearly as much, because I wouldn't have known my way about.

　　The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

　　I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting－a day that I shall never forget.
