　　"Saying" claims，suggesting that food for us how important it is！However，you have in the diet，pay attention to diet and health？If you do not pay attention to health may be because a little small negligence lost precious life.

　　Although I was a pupil， but I know there are plenty of knowledge about food safety！For example can't buy things from a market stall，in the absence of hygiene license at a restaurant， can not eat expired， deterioration， "3 without" food， not eating undercooked，and so on. I also know when to buy small food，pay attention to view the following several aspects：one is to choose good reputation，stable quality of famous brand；2 it is to pay attention to check the product producer name and address on the package，food production date and shelf life， refused to buy "3 without" product；Three is to check food and qualified， the nutrients contained，color fresh degree；Four is to pay attention to the quality and price，small food of ultra—low prices don't buy；Fifth，pay attention to check the food of trademark signs，and so on.

　　You see，we must choose good food，eat food or it may bring us life risk.

　　“民以食為天”，這說明食品對于我們來說是多么的重要！不過，你在飲食過程中有沒有注意飲食衛(wèi)生呢？如果你不注意，衛(wèi)生就可能因為一點兒小小的疏忽而丟失寶貴的生命。

　　雖然我還是一個小學(xué)生，可我懂得的關(guān)于食品安全的知識可不少呢！比如說不能在小攤上買東西、不能在沒有衛(wèi)生許可證的餐廳吃飯、不能吃過期、變質(zhì)、“三無”食品、不能吃未煮熟的東西等等。我還知道在購買小食品時，注重查看以下幾個方面情況：一是要選擇信譽好、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的知名品牌；二是要注意查看產(chǎn)品包裝上的廠名、廠址、食品生產(chǎn)日期和保質(zhì)期，拒絕購買“三無”產(chǎn)品；三是檢查食品和合格、所含的營養(yǎng)成分、色澤新鮮程度；四是注意質(zhì)價相符，對超低價格的小食品不要購買；五是注重檢查該食品的食品商標(biāo)標(biāo)志等等。

　　大家看吧，我們吃食物時一定要選擇好的食物，否則就有可能給我們帶來生命危險。
