　　Recently, I have seen an impressive film –Precious, which tells the growing experiences about a pretty fat black girl, Precious Jones, a girl living in the Harlem. The film reveals the poor and miserable life in the Harlem, but at the same time, it encourages people to take a positive and optimistic attitude to face it, no matter how difficult it is.

　　Precious is so undereducated that she can not read and write formally. What’s worse, she is usually knocked around by her irascible mother. Worst of all, she is sexually assaulted by her stepfather and has two children before the age of seventeen. Owing to the situation she gets involved, she has to leave school and is introduced to alternative school. After waging many struggles and overcoming many difficulties, she finds the goals of life again with the help of her teacher and classmates.

　　In the film, Precious insists on keeping her children all the time though she gets involved in trouble. She has a firm belief that she can get rid of the past life and start the new one and she really makes it finally. Her insistence tells me that keeping positive and optimistic would make a great contribution to achieve dream.

　　In life, many people are easy to feel frustrated by meeting a bit of setback. As far as I am concerned, we need to learn to keep positive and optimistic when facing difficulties so that we have more power to keep and pursue our dreams.

　　We can't have good luck forever,so learning how to face difficulities is important.Some people feel upset when they meet difficulities,and they don't want to try to let their dreams come ture anymore.They just want to find a place and stay at there for a long time.So they won't have a great success in the end.But others are different,some people don't think difficulities are troubles,they believe " Difficulities is the mother of the success''and"Believe in myself and I will win '',they are confident and breave,and they choose to face the difficulities with a smile.They try their best to solve their problems and if they don't feel well,they'll talk to their friends or family members,so that they can be happier and more confident.And they don't mind what others say about them,they can always find a good way for themselves to relax.

　　I think if you can have a good psychology when you meet difficulities in your life,and be more confident and breave,try to find a good way to relax,maybe talk to others or have a rest,and then think it over,make a plan to solve your problems.If you do so, you'll find that your difficulities are not as difficult as you think before!

　　The right way to face up difficulties is to be confident and brave , Confront difficulties with confident and you will find the difficulties are not so hard as you thought. Try to solve the difficulties with brave and work hard , the difficulties will disappear and you will achieve success finally.

　　無論貧窮或是富有每個人都會遇到困難，因為生命中不全是微笑和花朵。因此面對困難的時候樹立正確的態(tài)度是非常重要的。

　　不同的人有不同的態(tài)度。有的人只是想著逃避，不想著去努力，因此他們最后是不會成功的。但是有的人則是相信“失敗是成功之母”，當他們面對困難的`時候是自信的、勇敢地，他們面帶微笑來迎接困難，并且盡努力去解決。當他們遇到問題的時候會跟朋友或者父母商量。

　　面對困難正確的方法是自信和勇敢!自信的去面對困難，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)困難并非你原先想的那么難;勇敢的面對困難并努力工作，困難將會消失,而你將取得成功。
