　　在小學六年級的時候，我們的英語課就換了一個老師了。

　　老師姓忻，個頭很高，高高的身材凸顯的腦袋也變小了。臉龐上雖說不是洋溢著和煦的笑容，但也總是笑嘻嘻的。雖然是個男老師，但我們覺得，他一點也不嚴厲。

　　第一天課上，我們就犯了難了。以前三四五年級的英語老師，雖說上課也是用英語，但并不是很多，他們上課講話大多都還是用漢語的，我們也都能聽得懂。然而，忻老師上課講話，嘰里咕嚕一大串的英語，聽都聽不懂，所以上課也只能是茫然地跟著點頭搖頭。而忻老師講課的速度也是非常的快，所以，前幾堂課老師究竟講了什么，我一點都不知道。

　　為此，家長還給老師打過電話，而得到的答復(fù)卻是：“這是我的教學方法，請不要打斷！”

　　然而，在一段時間后，卻令我徹底的改變了對忻老師的看法。

　　首先，他上課活潑，把課堂上的氣氛搞的十分的活躍，令我們都提起來精神上課。其次，在聽慣了他的英語后，我們也并不是特別的覺得聽不懂了，反而是憑借著自己的理解，去琢磨老師話語的意思。漸漸地，我們已經(jīng)能夠聽得懂一些老師上課經(jīng)常說的英語了。

　　忻老師上課總愛出一些“洋相”，令我們捧腹大笑。但是，老師的“洋相”是為了讓我們更好地記住這些應(yīng)該注意的東西。記得有一次，老師在將音標的時候，故意拿粉筆在黑板上斜著摩擦，發(fā)出“吱吱”的刺耳的聲音。我們?nèi)�部都大叫著捂住了耳朵。然而，就是這令人討厭的“吱吱”聲，卻令我永久地記住了這兩個音標。至今，他們的讀音我還很深刻的記憶著。

　　還有一次，忻老師沒收了一個同學帶來的一把小刀。我至今還記得，那一節(jié)課是英語考試。我們都在底下很認真地做著卷子。忻老師則是無聊地站在講臺上，我們的講臺是木頭做的。于是忻老師就是很令人驚訝地把刀子從遠處拋向講臺，然后準確地插入講臺木板里面。那樣子，看得人心驚膽戰(zhàn)。

　　過了一會兒，那個拿了小刀的同學便是上臺交卷。忻老師看見了，便是拿起那把小刀，嚇唬那個同學說：“要不你來玩玩？”那名同學嚇得一步一后退地慢慢地退回了座位。

　　后來，忻老師告訴我們，他之所以那樣子，就是為了警示我們，不要把這種鋒利的東西帶到學校里來，忻老師當時說的話，我至今還記得。

　　現(xiàn)在，上了中學了，我和忻老師也就分別了……

　　Therefore, it is high time that we take steps to stop wasting.
