記得第一節(jié)課時，她先不講課，而是滔滔不絕地講她的`課堂常規(guī):有家長簽名，早讀，還有課前預習、準備等等。如果沒有按照她的要求去做，那么課后作業(yè)量會比別人的多些。Miss邱開始上課了，只見她順利地打開一個又一個課件，熟練地操作著，耐心細致地講解著……過了不久，我發(fā)現(xiàn)Miss邱的幾個特點:眼睛特別敏銳，同學們的許多細微的小動作，比如小聲地說話，寫其他東西，坐著發(fā)呆或者交頭接耳，老師一下子就發(fā)現(xiàn)了，并馬上用眼神制止。
Miss邱很喜歡上課發(fā)言積極的同學，總是不斷地表揚著:“很棒，很好！”Miss邱也非常重視書寫和讀音這兩個方面，書寫好的同學常常會在作業(yè)本上得到甜甜的笑臉，受到老師的鼓勵，在課堂上讀音讀得大聲又標準的，她也是不住地夸贊著。所以Miss邱提問題時，幾乎全班都會舉手，我也在其中，而我是坐在最后一排，滿眼望去那簡直就是一片小手樹林嘛！終于我被叫到了，心里激動不已。老師又提出新問題了，我們都爭先恐后把手高高舉起，生怕老師看不見，心里都在一個勁地望著老師，千萬別忽略自己。
