　　其實我也知道，如果想要好好的學英語的話，就不需要每天堅持記單詞，每天堅持聽聽力，也許這些對于我們來說本身就是一個日積月累的過程，因為學英語也是在學一門語言。

　　我想如果要我回憶起當年是怎么從小時候開始，一個字一個字地學漢語的時候，那個時候我覺得都已經(jīng)變成份上遙遠的.回憶了，甚至都好像是上輩子的事情。

　　可是我依稀也記得當年在說普通話的時候，也是費了好大的勁才能夠真的學會，然后在讀課文的時候需要很長的時間，才漸漸的接受了這樣的一種行為模式。

　　所以我想真的要學好英語的話，就要不斷的去繼續(xù)別人的經(jīng)驗和教學，去學習別人的成功經(jīng)驗，就在這樣的都挺能裝，總結出適合自己的學習方法，在這個過程當中，也許所有的問題都顯得非�？坦倾懶�，但是又有些艱苦和勞累，我們必須要吃這個苦，才能夠真的得到相應的回報，因為什么事情都不是那么簡單的。

　　說起我懂得了哪些，我能用英文而言：“I can spea English�。ㄎ夷苷f英文了）�！笨稍谖覍W習培訓的全過程之中，擁有 酸、甜、苦、辣這好多個短故事呢！

　　酸

　　我入門的情況下，只聽到老師用我聽不懂的英文來問好大家，我一下就暈頭暈腦了，但我只能跟隨老師，看見書，了解一個單詞算一個，再把一個一個語句了解，由于如果不那樣，就相當于浪費了那巨額的培訓費。聽著老師一個個單詞如流水般從口中滴下來：哪些“三克油（Thank you）”，哪些“哈羅單車（Hello）”，哪些“估的摸林（Goodmorning）”……搞得我頭暈腦脹，啼笑皆非。這“酸酸”的覺得可真難受呀！

　　甜

　　暑期我出入了英語音標班和單詞班，打好啦一定的基本，原本我要學好多個童話劇才可以進到鋼琴考級班，可是老師見我跟得快，應當能夠追上她們，因此 我也“跳級”了。聽見這一信息，我內(nèi)心的哪個甜呀，比樂不可支還樂不可支！

　　苦

　　但是好景不常，由于我的膽量較小，因此 老師提出問題叫我回應時，我焦慮不安無比，答起來支支吾吾，眼巴巴令人看熱鬧，并且有幾日身體不適，課也沒聽進來，還被老師“K”了一頓——訓了一頓，之后老師了解真實情況了，就要我保重身體，快點兒好起來。落下來的課全是媽媽幫我補的.。這苦味道真是比不加糖的現(xiàn)磨咖啡還苦！

　　辣

　　歷經(jīng)和老師學生們長期交往，我逐漸融入了這兒的生活，回應干干脆脆，提出問題急急忙忙，伸手積極主動，每一次打游戲都把臉蛋玩得紅通通，也受老師“寵溺”，全部一個“辣妹子”。

　　如今，歷經(jīng)很多挫敗，我已明白了許多的英語專業(yè)知識，學會了很多單詞的應用，這可和我平時的勤奮脫不開關聯(lián)呀。這可真應了一句話：“沒經(jīng)一番徹骨寒，怎得桂花香氣撲鼻香�！�

　　Usually I would do some exercises on the weekend，because I thought keeping in a good health can help me study well. Last weekend, It was rainning outside so I decided to do some exercises in the gym. When I went into the gym, some people were doing exercises there. A man was doing weight training and trying his best to upraise heavier weight. There were two girls running on the treadmill（跑步機），neither too fast nor too slow. In the next room there was a fitness instructor(健身教練) was teaching some young people doing yoga（瑜珈）, which made they do some strange actions.

　　After some minutes' warm up (熱身)，I started to run on the treadmill and ride on the exercise bike（健身腳踏車）. Both of them were easy and good for most of people. Besides，I did some dumbbell （啞鈴）exercises ,seating type chest pushing, high pulling force back muscle training, butterfly clamp chest muscle training, thigh stretching, leg treading, abdomen muscle training, vertical pulling force training. (坐式推胸、高拉力背肌訓練、蝴蝶夾胸肌訓練、大腿伸展、蹬腿、腹肌訓練、直立式拉力訓練)

　　Finally，I cooled down myself and had a break before I went home.
