距離最后的考試只有近兩個(gè)月的時(shí)間，最后的沖刺序幕正式拉開。英語(yǔ)復(fù)習(xí)到這個(gè)階段，最重要的就是作文。要想在最后的考試成績(jī)中脫穎而出，現(xiàn)階段就必須要把精力放在分值占在30分的寫作上。
考研英語(yǔ)中大作文的要求是內(nèi)容切題、表達(dá)清楚、文字連貫、句式多變和語(yǔ)言規(guī)范。小作文考察點(diǎn)在信息點(diǎn)的覆蓋、語(yǔ)言的準(zhǔn)確性、文章組織的連貫性上。
其中小作文占10分，分為求職信、祝賀信、道歉信、詢問信、推薦信、感謝信、邀請(qǐng)信、辭職信等等二十多種應(yīng)用文。每個(gè)類別都有相對(duì)固定的.語(yǔ)言模式，都有固定詞語(yǔ)要求。道歉信是指因過(guò)失或疏忽做錯(cuò)了事，給別人帶來(lái)了麻煩或損失，發(fā)覺后要立即寫信給對(duì)方賠禮道歉時(shí)寫的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫得坦率，誠(chéng)懇。
道歉信通常包括三部分內(nèi)容：1、表示歉意，道歉的原由;2、出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)的原因，提出彌補(bǔ)措施;3、請(qǐng)求原諒。語(yǔ)言要誠(chéng)摯，解釋的理由要真實(shí)。好的道歉信不僅會(huì)取得對(duì)方的諒解，還會(huì)增進(jìn)彼此的感情。
寫作“三步曲”：
表示歉意→說(shuō)明具體原因、提出補(bǔ)救辦法→再次致歉，希望得到理解。注意：
理由要盡量合理，違反生活常識(shí)將導(dǎo)致扣分;盡量提供一個(gè)合適的補(bǔ)救辦法，使行文更加順暢。

Directions: You were unable to attend Mr. Smith’s examination on International Business English Writing because you got sick that morning. Write a letter to express the reasons for not being able to attend it and apologize.
Write the letter with no less than 100 words. Do not sign your own name at end of the letter. Use “Wang Hua” instead. Do not write the address.
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am indeed very sorry that I missed the examination on International Business English Writing you gave last Friday. I feel awful about it and want you to know what happened that day.
I suddenly fell sick early that morning and my parents had to send me to the hospital. Please find enclosed a copy of the medical bill.
